These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bitcoin Miner - Gold Rush mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Bitcoin Miner - Gold Rush is a casual idle simulation game with a Wild-West mining theme. You build a virtual mining camp, recruit characters, and collect virtual rewards.
All in-game currencies, nuggets, gems, characters, and other items are virtual content licensed for entertainment use only. Virtual content has no cash value, is not redeemable for real money or real-world goods, and may be adjusted, rebalanced, or reset for gameplay reasons. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual content within the App.
All hashrate purchases are virtual compute units for entertainment purposes. Sats rewards are distributed through a third-party Lightning Network wallet provider (Speed Network). The App does not provide a cryptocurrency wallet service or process on-chain transactions. Reward distribution is operated by a third party and may be subject to regional restrictions.
You sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, exploits, or modified clients; interfere with the service; attempt to access other users' accounts; or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The App, including its artwork, characters, code, and other content, is owned by J.E.F. GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting your account permanently disables it and erases its gameplay data; to prevent abuse and fraud, limited anti-fraud identifiers (such as your email address, platform account identifier, device and IP information) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy, and deleted accounts may not re-register. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of that jurisdiction.
