These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CloudMint AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
CloudMint AI is a casual idle simulation game with a Wild-West mining theme. You build a virtual mining camp, recruit characters, and collect virtual rewards.
All in-game currencies, nuggets, gems, characters, and other items are virtual content licensed for entertainment use only. Virtual content has no cash value, is not redeemable for real money or real-world goods, and may be adjusted, rebalanced, or reset for gameplay reasons. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual content within the App.
You sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
You agree not to: use bots, scripts, exploits, or modified clients; interfere with the service; attempt to access other users' accounts; or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The App, including its artwork, characters, code, and other content, is owned by Beijing Hula Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion (see our Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of that jurisdiction.
